Because 2015, the yearly Glow Mural Pageant has been transforming St. Petersburg, Florida’s coastal “Sunshine Metropolis,” into an intriguing open-air museum featuring local, national and intercontinental artists. Journey and road photographer Karin du Maire aka Road Artwork Nomad was there to capture this year’s festival which experienced taken spot in mid-October.
The distinctly extraordinary image pictured above was painted by Berlin-dependent James Bullough, who is posed in front of his mural. The artist points out his preference of hues as “a refined shoutout” to Amsterdam-primarily based Joram Roukes whose artwork was earlier on this wall.
